Hi Eric, I'm a long-time subscriber to Granta, since the very first issues. But recenty, after the new management takeover, the subscription dept has lost is manager, and things there are getting very, very messy. I don't really know; perhaps because no one is looking after subscriber's magazines get sent. I say this because for the last 2 to 3 issues, they have not been delivered. I had to write to Granta, and they had to send replacement copies, which took weeks(!!!) to arrive, and they claimed they had despatched via air mail. Now, issue 95 is already out since early Oct, and I still haven't seen it yet. I probably would have to write to them - again - to complain. If this happens with another issue, I would have to consider not continuing to subscribe next year, which is really sad, as I really enjoy Granta.

Hello Leon - You're right! Granta is a fantastic literary magazine, especially if you are into short stories and literary nonfiction. Perhaps you could subscribe to the electronic edition of the journal? This cuts the hassle of late or non-delivery of the magazine. I know that the New York Review of Books sells electronic editions of the journal.
