The colloquialisms don't get in the way do they? Have never read a story with "-lahs" and "aiyas" without feeling a little irritated...
Oh well... guess I'll have to pick this one up myself and see! Hardcover or paperback?
I don't think the colloquialisms get in the way of the story because they are used naturally. It is in trade paperback - which means a big softcover.
